The latter have made the express request by the subscription of services offered by this site.<\/p>\n<p>The services covered by these general conditions of sale consist of the registration of the contact information of the professional subscriber for the purpose of their publication in an information site for the general public, including a directory of professionals, which can be consulted on the site ceremonie-laique. fr<\/p>\n<p>The details of the services, and the corresponding amounts, are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceremonie-laique.fr\/tarif\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">described on this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The amounts indicated are inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable &#8211; article 293 B of the CGI).<\/p>\n<p>The registration guarantees the presence of the Customer&#8217;s record in the search results on the ceremonie-laique.fr site corresponding to the departments he has subscribed. The default display order of the results is automated, in no case it is possible to modify it on request.<\/p>\n<p>The subscription on ceremonie-laique. fr does not guarantee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The number of visits to the professional&#8217;s file<\/li>\n<li>The qualification of potential customers<\/li>\n<li>The accessibility of the file for modifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 3 &#8211; CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This directory aims to reference the officiants of secular ceremonies, wedding planner and other professionals related to secular ceremonies. No other professional will be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Each professional must be registered on the register of commerce and companies and commit to provide proof of a SIRET number.<\/p>\n<p>Will be refused:<br \/>&#8211; sites or professionals that are not related to secular ceremonies;<br \/>&#8211; blogs;<br \/>&#8211; sites whose address is a subdomain (such as: www.nomdusite.sousdomaine. com)<br \/>&#8211; sites that are not in French;<br \/>&#8211; sites or professionals with adult content or links to adult sites;<br \/>&#8211; sites or professionals that may infringe on the rights of third parties or be contrary to public order&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 4 &#8211; STEPS TOWARDS REGISTRATION IN THE PROFESSIONAL DIRECTORY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The procedure for registering the Customer in the directory www. ceremonie-laique.fr directory is as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Creating an account on the site via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceremonie-laique.fr\/? page_id=5749\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Registration page<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Choosing a formula and paying the subscription<\/li>\n<li>Creating a form and entering information about his activity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 5 &#8211; RATE AND PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The prices described in article 2 are payable annually and in advance. An invoice is given to the Customer on request.<\/p>\n<p>The annual amount including VAT must be paid by the Customer upon validation of the form.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of late payment of the sums due by the Customer after the payment date appearing on the invoice sent to the Customer, the Customer&#8217;s form will be immediately withdrawn on the subscription renewal date. <\/p>\n<p>In the event of late renewal payment, subsequent to the deletion of the Customer&#8217;s listing, an amount of 10 euros including VAT will be charged in addition for administrative costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 6 &#8211; DURATION OF THE COMMITMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The contract takes effect as of the sending of the registration application form by the Customer. It is concluded for a firm period of ONE (1) year. It will then be renewed expressly by the Customer who will have the option of not renewing his subscription.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of early termination of the subscription by the Customer, the amount of the subscription paid will not be refunded and retained as a breach of contract fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 7 &#8211; TERMS OF REVIEWS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The reviews published for each registered professional must come from their own customers. Reviews coming from the professionals themselves are proscribed, even if they were written by their clients on their own site.<\/p>\n<p>Reviews are moderated before publication, and the origin can be verified by contacting the brides directly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 8 &#8211; CONDITIONS OF REDACTION ON THE BLOG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers who have subscribed to an annual subscription formula, with the exception of the &#8220;BASIC&#8221; formula, have the possibility of writing as many articles as they wish on the blog of the site ceremonie-laique.fr, subject to acceptance of the editorial content by the webmaster of the site. The site ceremonie-laique.fr reserves the right to refuse any publication or to freely modify the content without justification.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer may communicate photos of illustrations to be integrated into his article. These photos must come from the work of a professional photographer only, who will have given the Customer his agreement to publish them on the internet. The Customer certifies that he has the right to publish the photos he sends to the site ceremonie-laique.fr, as well as the agreement of the persons whose faces appear. He is particularly responsible in case of copying, counterfeiting, parasitism or other problems related to intellectual property.<\/p>\n<p>In no case the site ceremonie-laique.fr will be liable for damages to the Customer in case of malfunctions of the site that are not attributable to him (failure of the host of the site, software malfunctions of the CMS or plugins used, etc. )<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 12 &#8211; INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any reproduction in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, made without the prior written consent of the directory www. ceremonie-laique.fr directory is unlawful and constitutes an infringement giving rise to criminal sanctions. <\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 13 &#8211; DISPUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ALL DISPUTES TO WHICH THIS CONTRACT COULD GIVE RISE, CONCERNING ITS VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, PERFORMANCE, TERMINATION, CONSEQUENCES AND FOLLOW-UP WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE COMMERCIAL COURT OF TOULON. <\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 14 &#8211; APPLICABLE LAW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By express agreement between the parties, this contract is governed by and subject to French law. Verbal agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing by the customer and by the directory ceremonie-laique.fr. <\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 15 &#8211; ACCEPTANCE OF THE CUSTOMER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The return of the application form completed by the Customer is worth express approval and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the Customer, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge, and waives, therefore, to prevail of any contradictory document and, in particular, where appropriate, its own terms and conditions of purchase, which will be unenforceable to the Provider, even if he had knowledge of them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE 16 &#8211; LEGAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Right of opposition (article 38 of the law of January 6, 1978 modified by the law of August 6, 2004)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Customer has the possibility to oppose for legitimate reasons to be included in a file.
